Online registration is available September 1st through August 31st of the following year.
**Note: Registration for the 2012-13 Season does not open until September 7, 2012**
To register your recreational league, please select one of the following options:
Advantages of Online Registration:
a. Access to the web 24 hr. a day / 7 days a week.
b. Registration is instantaneous.
c. The database information will be accurate, complete and current.
d. No NSF cheques.
e. Two credit cards accepted: VISA & MasterCard.
f. Benefit of using credit card: opportunities to take advantage of Credit Card reward programs.
g. Three printed receipts available upon payment, one on screen and two sent via email.
h. Increase the OVA's ability to communicate with the membership.
i. OVA Membership Services Administrator available 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (1-800-563-5938 / 416-426-7316).
Recreational League Contact Responsibilities
a. Only online registrations will be accepted.
b. Recreational League Contact must register the league first.
c. Only the Recreational League Contact is able to register players.
d. The Recreational League Contact must maintain record of all completed & signed registration forms with waiver of all participants for insurance purposes.
e. Name, address & postal code, home telephone number, date of birth and valid email address of each player is required for the Recreational League Contact to register online.
f. For all players name, address & postal code, home telephone number, date of birth and valid email address are required. The email adress is the main communication tool between the OVA and its members.
g. If a certificate of insurance is required, contact the OVA Membership Services Administrator with the following information: name of school board, name of the school, contact at the school board and fax number.
Online Payment
a. Credit card payment online is the most secure method of payment.
b. Using your Credit card online is more secure than giving your number over the telephone.
c. Credit card numbers are confidential. Your credit card information is neither kept nor seen by the OVA.
