Help local children, youth, and young adults with physical disabilities in the community by participating as a team in this event, registering, and considering our fundraising opportunities and prizes. Dollars raised help to send Easter Seals kids to our fully accessible Camp Merrywood on the Big Rideau in Perth. This is where kids can attend camp for 10 days, and build their confidence and level of independence. For many of the children that attend Camp Merrywood,  it is their first time away from mom and dad and their first time participating in boating activities, swimming, sports, and every other camp experience you can think of! Because of resources, staff numbers, and equipment it costs $2,000 to send a kid to camp for 10 days. Also, your funds will go to support our local families through financial assistance in purchasing much needed equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, ramps and communication devices. Our volleyball tournament helps kids with physical disabilities succeed!

The event will be held on SAT. JUNE 23, 2012, 8:30AM-5:00PM at KINGSTON EXPERT TEES, 1165 COLLINS BAY RD.

Teams can compete in either:

-    CO-ED 4’S COMPETITIVE
-    CO-ED 6’S RECREATIONAL
-    THE NEW 6’S CORPORATE DIVISION (recreational with a fun corporate competitive edge)

Prizes will be awarded for Top Fundraiser, Winning Teams, and Team Spirit.

There will be massage therapy students, a complimentary BBQ generously provided by The Keg Steakhouse, and a lunch hour acoustic performance by local musician Matthew Mackinnon for teams.
 
Registration options are as follows:

#1) Teams may register online at http://www.easterseals.org/all_events/kingston-volleyball-tournament.  Registration is a minimum fundraising (or payment) of $50 per player, this can be paid online as well. Team fundraising is encouraged!

#2) Complete the registration form and fax back with payment.
